One of the most beautiful views of any Airbnb I’ve stayed in. Donegal is a stunning place and this house on the grounds of 17th century fort is the perfect base to see what it has to offer! Andrea was so helpful and even left us a little surprise in the fridge.
The place was amazing, Andrea was really nice and always responsive, the view in unbelievable, everything works perfectly. Great plus with the fireplace to feel cozy like at home. This has been so far our favourite stay.
The Place: The Fort cottage was the perfect place to rest our weary legs after a long day of travelling. It is perfectly located to visit each and every site in the Inishowen peninsula and the Inis 100 scenic route. If you’re not looking to travel much, the stay provided every amenity you could possibly need and a ton of books to relax to! The Host: Andrea is a wonderful host who went above and beyond to take care of our every need. She offered us early check-in and a late check-out free of cost (due to the stormy weather outside). The Prosecco was also a nice touch 🙂 I would recommend the fort cottage to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with a wonderful view of the Atlantic Ocean and a host who guarantees the guests’ peace of mind.
Myself and my partner booked Andreas house for a four night stay. The house is even better in person and the views blew us away. Beautiful house, styled so well and kept in such good condition. Andrea was a great host and was always on the other side of the phone if we needed her. Just a walk or short drive to a secluded beach and close to malin head. During this uncertain times we felt very safe and in the area and had such a lovely chilled out stay
Loved our stay here. Beautiful location surrounded by numerous picturesque sandy beaches. The cottage itself is very comfortable and cosy. Andrea the host was lovely and approachable also.
